I have dry skin: why my nurturing cream is inefficient?

To take care of dry skin, you are willing to spend money on expensive lotions for your skin, but everything still seems to improve, your skin is still dry, even more wrinkles appear. You become a few years older. So it's time to sit down and find out what the real cause is!

** wrong cream **

In the lotion lines of any item you can see Hydrating ingredients (Water Supply) and nurturing. Although you may think that these two words mean the same thing, however, Hydrating and nurturing are  different and if you use the wrong product, you won't be able to improve your skin.

◼️ Hydrating: functions to provide water to the skin by containing water and active substances that absorb water from the external environment to provide for your skin. This product is essential for those with dry skin, dehydrated skin, oily skin but lack of water. If your skin is dry or your skin is oily and still dull then you need to supply water to your skin.

◼️ Moisturizing: A product that replenishes an amount of oil that helps your skin form a layer of wrap, keeping it from evaporating from the skin surface. Usually, these are fatty acids, vegetable oils help strengthen the body's natural oils.

The basic principle of dry skin care is to provide adequate amounts of oil and water. If your cream has only one of these factors, problems such as chapped skin, wrinkles, melasma of dry skin will not improve.

The aloe vera juice composition appears in the composition of the Zen family

For industrial products, the main water supply ingredient for the skin is pure water and moisturizing ingredients are usually mineral oils. For organic products, people often use vegetable juices or distillers such as rose water or aloe juice as a water supply, the oils / margarine then act as nutrients and moisturizes the skin.

** Do not exfoliate **

The cream is only effective when exposed to new layers of skin cells, slowly nourishing young cells into healthy cells. That's why if you use a good cream that doesn't exfoliate, all nutrients will only be for aging skin cells and no longer absorb nutrients.

One week using 1-2 times mild exfoliation, you will increase the effectiveness of the cream up to several times.

** Use a sulfate-containing cleanser **
Surfactant (foaming agent) is used in face wash / makeup remover products to clean dirt, excess oil on skin. Among these substances, the most common are sulfate substances: sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES), sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS), ... these are universal surfactants The most variable is also the most harmful to the skin, especially when used with a high percentage. It can cause eczema and serious damage to the skin's protective barrier, leading to the highest dehydration and moisture, especially for dry and sensitive skin.

So what good ingredients should be included in the cleanser? You should choose the cleanser that cleans its ingredients containing Decyl glucoside or coco glucoside. These substances help clean the skin but do not lose the protective film to help skin moisturize. Therefore, this is considered the optimal natural cleansing ingredient for all skin types, even the most sensitive skin.

Use facial cleansers that do not contain soap or sulfate

** Time to use lotion **

Many of us often have the habit of cleansing our skin from the evening with a bath or immediately after you come home and only apply moisturizer when you are close to bed. During this time, your skin has become dry and has even spilled oil.

This is absolutely not conducive to dry skin care. If you want effective creams, you should use when your skin has enough moisture - ie after the skin is cleaned. So, do not let time stretch between steps of taking care too long, you will lose the advantage of the cream.

Using the serum before the cream will leave the skin drier.
